(Washington, DC) — President Obama and former President Bill Clinton will talk about the implementation of the healthcare reform law next week. Presidential spokesman Jay Carney said the two leaders will give a talk at the Clinton Global Initiative in New York City. President Obama will be in New York for the annual fall meetings of the United Nations.
